Seal Master

The Sealmaster is a rugged reliable machine that provides high quality seals time after time. The unit is available in 12, 16 & 24" seal lengths. The seal width is 1/8" and the maximum film thickness (PE) is 16 mil. The unit has a built in seal timer, foot pedal and integrated cutter.

Aline bag sealers are perfect for budget and space conscious bag sealing applications and are ruggedly built to provide years of trouble free service.

Each pneumatically powered bag sealer unit has sufficient jaw clearance to introduce your package from back to front or side-to-side. Standard controls include a glycerin filled gauge, pressure regulator, separate heat and cool timers and a tap to start foot pedal. This ensures that each bag seal will be airtight and water tight. All Aline bag sealers are powder coated and therefore clean room compatible.

A bottom flange allows for the bag-sealing unit to be mounted horizontally or vertically.

Each unit comes complete with a two-year warranty, detailed operating instructions and a spare parts kit.

Open Back Sealer

Aline's Open Back Sealer is a heavy-duty thermal impulse sealer built into a solid aluminum and steel frame. This configuration is ideal for any bag making or sealing operation. This unit is ruggedly built for continual operation and economically priced. Each sealer is pneumatically powered and available with either standard impulse controls (Heat and Cool time) or digital controls, fully validateable for medical applications. Our unique cabinet style can be used to store a water chiller or rolls of your film. Each unit is free standing on lockdown casters.

Seal lengths are available in 20 or 30" with choice of up to ½" wide seals. Every sealer is guaranteed to provide a airtight/watertight seal. We also offer a unique cylinder mounted flying knife should you require cutting behind the line of the seal.

Model# Back Sealer

Hand Held

Aline's Hand Held Impulse sealers are ideal for sealing polyethylene and laminated foils. Applications include sealing around oddly shaped products including drum or box liners or for sealing around large objects such as furniture. Each sealer is lightweight and portable. The operator simply squeezes the handles to open the jaws and clamps on to the film being sealed. A start button located on the seal jaw is activated. An indicator light on the main housing signals the start and finish of the seal cycle. The heat cycle is controlled by a timer on the main housing. The operator simply increases or decreases the heat as desired. Upon completion of the cycle, the operator again squeezes the jaw, releasing the sealed product. All controls are solid state. An eight foot power line cord and 8' sealer cord is standard.
